New to the Service

If you are new to the service, we will offer you an initial asesment before you can use the service on a regular basis.

You will be given an appointment as soon as possible (this will give us the opportunity to tell you about our services and discuss your individual needs).

We need to fill out individual assesment forms and have confirmation of your diagnosis. We also need you to read the “respecting each other rules”, confidentiality and drugs policy.

Once this is done you can use the service. If you are waiting for an appointment you can use the service if it is arranged with a worker. If you fail to attend an appointment this may need to be reviewed.
